Hey Hairsharkers!

We are really sorry but we can only accept unopened products back due to hygiene reasons.

Refunded items can take up to 10 business days to reach account, so please be patient, it's on its way!

We do not cover shipping for returned items and we advise you return them tracked and signed.

We offer refunds for unused purchases for a full 28 days!
